What you need

At home or at the office, a telephone and a high speed internet connection, which can be either a DSL or a cable modem. On the road you will need your laptop and a headset, which can be purchased anywhere where you buy computer supplies.

How Sign up

You can sign up for the basic service by completing step 1 below. With this you get the telephone adapter for home or office use, plus the calling plan of your choice. If you want to use your PC as a phone when on the road, please complete step 2 below as well. You will be able to complete this step once your account has been activated. If you have any questions, please contact the Customer Service number that you will find on the CONTACT page.

1. Click here to visit the IGONET web site, then click on SIGN UP logo on the page. Select your plan and then you will enter the Retail Enrollment page. You will need the hotel's username which you can obtain from the front desk. Select a telephone number, a user name and password for yourself and complete the order process. Your telephone adapter will be shipped to the address you supplied. If you choose the mail-in payment option, please allow time for the payment to be processed. The fastest method is by credit card.
2. Sign in to the account management website by clicking here using your newly created account and password. Click on 'Softphone' in the upper right hand corner. This will start a file download, save the file in a directory on your PC. Once downloaded, double click on the file to start the installation process.
