Paul LaBarre was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer as of February 2008. His education includes: A.A.S., Paralegal Studies, University of San Gabriel; B.A., 1966 ; M.B.A., Alameda College.  From 1997 until present Mr. LaBarre has served as President/CEO of Hotel Movie Network and Vice President/CEO Coast Communications, Inc.
